WaterGuru & Pool Brain join Forces at Int’l Pool Spa Expo Showing the Power of Live-Pool Data in Service Management
WaterGuru SENSE monitor feeds chemistry, temperature, and pump flow data into pool
service management platform, ushering in a new era of maintenance practices
The Dallas show November 11-14 spanned the pool service and the hot tub manufacturing industry to show innovations in pool service and hot tub health technologies and designs.
WaterGuru’s presence was joined with Pool Brain’s demonstrating the Pool to Pool Brain solution where live-pool data is accessed, analyzed, and acted upon by Pool Brain’s industry-leading service management platform. Many of the industry’s largest pool service firms got their first glimpse of this innovative end to end solution that promises to raise the level of poolcare for residential and commercial pool owners. Importantly, a new service level of ‘monitored service’ enables pool service firms to evolve into a 24x7 monitoring business, similar to what home owners have for home security. The demonstrations were met with enthusiasm by an industry stuck in century-old practices, where lack of differentiation often means a race to the bottom on pricing and resulting thin margins. Finally, pool service firms have an opportunity to standout from a crowded field, improving profitability from better serving their customers.
Pool Brain CEO Adam Beech, together with WaterGuru CMO Jeff Siegel, explains the integration of live-pool data from WaterGuru’s SENSE in-pool monitor, and how it is going to shape the future of the pool professional industry.
Also seen at the show was the first product coming from the strategic partnership with Helios Corporation’s subsidiary Balboa Water Systems, the leading technology supplier to the hot tub industry. Marketed under the brand name of PureZone, several hot tub brands and their dealers will soon be offering PureZone water-health monitoring capabilities leveraging WaterGuru’s technology to protect hot tub owners and their guests from unsafe waters. Taking the guesswork out of the equation, especially when unhealthy water often goes undetected by the human eye, is a boon to the industry.
Hot Tub manufacturer Superior Hot Tubs shows the PureZone technology in their large booth along with their Platinum brand at the Int’l Pool Expo show to consumers and hot tub retailers.
